A young FBI agent infiltrates an extraordinary team of extreme sports athletes he suspects of masterminding a string of unprecedented, sophisticated corporate heists. Deep undercover, and with his life in danger, he strives to prove these athletes are the architects of the mind-boggling crimes that are devastating the world's financial markets.

Ericson Core hires a whole bunch of people who I'm not gonna call terrible actors, because they shouldn't be considered actors. We all know that always that a cinematographer, tries to be a director everything goes wrong (Wally Pfister: Trascendence).
The movie has 2, or 3 good action scenes, but definitely no more (you know you're in trouble when your actors overact in a sex scene). The movie is very good looking, just like every film Core has cinematographed, but it's just a stupid excuse for failing miserably to entertain audiences with terrible performances, careless direction, and a very dull and stupid script. The casting choices couldn't have been any worse (trust me, even Rob Schneider would have been better as the main character).
Warner Bros. teamed up with Ericson Core and an untalented cast with one purpose, making money. I know what you're thinking, that's the purpose of every film ever made, yes, that may be true, but the purpose of this film is to make money by torturing us. If you're gonna do that, at least cast Jimmy Fallon and Queen Latifah, like terrible director Tim Story did in his directorial debut "Taxi".
Well, this movie is not good, but it's not bad neither, bad is "Son of the Mask", or "Little Nicky", or "White Chicks", so if you want to watch something bad, just watch one of those films. But if you want brain cancer, then "Point Break" is just the film for you!
